car key remote. It is shaped so incredibly common

actually bothered to inspect it closely.

It can take both video, audio and pictures,
all depending on what you need at that particular moment.

Asking them to speak into the keychain might be a touch too obvious.
It has a rechargeable Li-on battery and 2GB of built-in memory.
It can do 29 FPS, 1280 x 960 image resolution

Operation is so simple:
To turn it on, press/hold the on/off button.
Then click the button in front of it (video/camera button)
if you want to take still photos.
Every time you click the video/camera button in this mode,
you will take a photo. The yellow LED will blink once
when you are in this mode. Every time you click the button
the yellow LED will blink once to confirm the photo was taken/stored.
To shut off, press/hold the on/off button.
If you want to enter the video mode,
turn camera on if it is not already on & press
and HOLD the video/camera button.
The yellow LED will blink 3 times to confirm & start a video.
To end the video, press the video/camera button again.
Practice with it a little until you get used to it!
A reset button is located on the same side as the USB port
for resetting.
